Double-Sided Mono Solar Panel:

We have used the most efficient double-sided monocrystalline solar panel for the highest energy absorption. As it’s a monocrystalline panel, the solar light features more energy absorption when compared to products with polycrystalline panels.
Also, the dual-sided architecture absorbs sunlight regardless of the position of some throughout the day.

Cree 5050 LED Chip:

The LEDs are what produce the final output and enlighten your desired area. Considering this, we have installed the famous Cree 5050 LED Chip with 210lm/w luminance. It’s the US-made chip known for its 4Flow-based LED technology that produces high-quality light using less power.

LiFePo4 Lithium Battery:

No doubt Cree 5050 LED Chip is incredibly efficient and saves battery life. However, ordinary lithium-ion batteries don’t offer enough battery backup and may set themselves on fire on hot summer days. That’s why we use LiFePo4 Battery to make our solar LED lights stand Strong in every weather.

Die-Casting Aluminum Support:

MPPT Controller:

As the solar light will work in variable conditions, a dedicated power controller is always a great idea. We understand the concern and use a Smart MPPT controller for outstanding performance and power efficiency.

The Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controller allows our solar lights to adjust luminance from dusk to dawn and save battery life. Thus, you enjoy a battery backup of over 12 hours on a single charge and 5-7 days in the rain.

Convertible Design:

Advantages of Foldable All in One solar street light

Higher Absorbency:

As discussed earlier, the primary benefit of foldable all-in-one solar street lights is better energy absorption. Our experts have conducted a real-life fountain test to prove the higher absorbency of foldable solar light than non-foldable ones.

In this, we connected the housing with an electrical water fountain. The fountain stayed at a normal height when the panel was in a folded position. But when our experts unfold the panel, the fountain’s height gradually increases, proving better absorption and energy production.

Overheat Protection:

The above video clearly displays how the foldable design keeps the panel cool and prevents overheating. On 25^th August, we conducted a heat test comparison between foldable solar light and non-foldable one.

As you can see, the foldable solar LED street light stays at 47.8 degrees Celsius and cannot exceed the 50-degree Celsius on peak summer days. However, the normal all-in-one solar LED street light crosses 59-degree during the testing and can even reach 70-degree Celsius. That’s hot enough to set a ternary li-ion lithium battery on fire.

Weatherproof:

At Cmoonlight, we optimize our all-in-one solar lights with IP67 waterproof certification. Regardless of the type of gadget, this certification ensures that the product can resist water, snow, and dust. It means you don’t have to worry about the damages expected due to snow or rainy weather.

In the above video, we did an experiment to test the water-resistance of our Palm Tree Solar Street Light. You can see the water has no impact or damage on the solar light even after 2 hours. Furthermore, we smashed a bucket full of water on the product, but it stood strong every time.

Robust Build Quality:

The video is all about the mechanical testing of foldable all-in-one solar street lights. In this video, you can notice the premium quality hinges and efficient mechanical components. This video also displays the real-life testing of the M and T mode of the product.

As you can see, the luminance stays at 20% when there’s no one around, but it increases to 100% when cars enter the parking lot. That helps in conservating the energy and offering better battery life. Similarly, the performance stays the same even on rainy days.
